1. Order Processing & Delivery

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment

  • Payment Method: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience.

  • Exact Amount: Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth handover with the courier agent.

3. Inspection & Returns

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order is handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled.
